WAIVER OF LIABILITY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS
I, the undersigned, hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Circle C Ranch, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers and representatives, from any and all Claims, including all liabilities, Claims, actions, damages, cost or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto for any injuries or damages sustained or incurred while attending or participating in any event or activity at or on Circle C Ranch. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Circle C Ranch, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers and representatives.
I also acknowledge and accept the risks involved in ANY AND ALL activities or events on or at the Circle C Ranch. These activities or events include but are not limited to any rodeo or riding activity. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any physical or mental conditions that will increase my risk or likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
By signing below, I wave and forfeit any and all right to make a claim or bring a suit against Circle C Ranch Inc. for any reason. In return, I will be allowed to participate in the activity or event occurring on or at the Circle C Ranch. I will also make every effort to obey the directions of event or activity staff and any safety precautions as provided to me in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to personal injury, disability, and death), Illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expensive any kind that I owe my child(ren) may experience or incure in connection with me or my child(ren)’s attendance at the Circle C Ranch event or activity (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Circle C Ranch, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, Claims, actions, damages, cost or expenses of any kind arising out of or leading thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Circle C Ranch, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers and representatives.
