    1. User Access & Subscription
    Each client account is provided with one (1) complimentary LightningTrax user license. Additional user licenses may be requested at a rate of $20.00 per user, per month. All user setup and management must be coordinated through Red Lightning Logistics (RLL).

    RLL reserves the right to terminate complimentary user accounts that show no login activity for a period of 90 days or more, without prior notice.


    2. Authorized Use Only
    LightningTrax is intended solely for the purpose of tracking and managing shipments moved through Red Lightning Logistics. All access is restricted to the authorized client user(s) for internal operational use.

    Sharing login credentials across multiple users is strictly prohibited.
    The platform may not be used to monitor or compare services from outside carriers, brokers, or third-party providers.
    Any unauthorized use or access may result in suspension or termination of the account.

    3. Data Ownership & Confidentiality
    All content and data within LightningTrax—including shipment details, updates, documents, and analytics—are the exclusive property of Red Lightning Logistics.

    This information may not be shared, exported, duplicated, or used for any purpose outside of your business relationship with RLL.
    Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of all platform content and communications.

    4. Account Suspension & Termination
    Red Lightning Logistics reserves the right to suspend or revoke LightningTrax access at any time for:

    • Misuse of the platform
    • Violation of this policy
    • Extended inactivity (90 days or more for complimentary accounts)
    • Breach of data confidentiality
