Next steps and foster rules
We conduct mandatory home checks and an interview (either via video link or in person) prior to fostering. Do you consent to this?
Do you consent to sending photos & videos to us to update us on the progress of the dog?

I agree to follow the below rules while the dog is in foster:

- No letting the dog off lead. Only in your own secure garden or home (now when out on walks as the dog may escape).

- Follow the instructions for feeding the dog, hygiene and care.

- Will follow all rules re the dog with other animals/ socialising.

- Inform us if any problems/ sickness etc.

- Not give to others or let others have the dog.

- Attend any vet appointments needed.

- Ensure the property is escape proof (windows/ doors/ garden etc).

- Inform us before any travelling with the dog, change of address/ phone number.

- Brings the dog back to the shelter (or we collect) if the dog is reserved on the date needed for the transport/ go to adopter.
If the dog is not already reserved, you have the right to request to adopt the dog. Please speak to the rescue.
