General Booth Details:

What: 51st Annual Old Fashioned Day
When: Saturday, October 11, 2025, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Where: Saline County Courthouse Lawn, Benton, AR

Booth availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth renters may not solicit donations for their individual booth in the name of Old Fashioned Day. Violators will be prohibited from participating in future events.

The Old Fashioned Day Committee reserves the right to remove any individual or group violating the event rules. The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Old Fashioned Day Committee from any and all liability.

Please note: Electricity is limited on Courthouse Square, and we cannot guarantee electricity for your booth.

Rules:

• Booths are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Exhibitors must supply their own tables, chairs, and electrical cords.
• No vendor booth may be set up on the Courthouse Lawn before 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
• The Old Fashioned Day committee is not responsible for accidents, theft, fire, or other damages.
• Vendors may not solicit items for their booth in the name of "Old Fashioned Day."
• No refunds will be issued. This is an annual fundraiser for the Saline County Council on Aging, and the funds are vital for supporting the center.
• After unloading your vehicle, you must move it to another parking area for the duration of the event.
• At the end of the day, each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning up their own space. All litter must be placed in designated trash containers.
• All food concessions are reserved for food vendors. No food items, including gum, soft drinks, or water, may be sold in booths.
• A $25 charge will apply to checks returned for insufficient funds.
  Booths must remain set up until 4:00 p.m. on the day of the festival.
• All vendors must contact the City of Benton Clerk’s Office to obtain the proper special event permit for their booth. Some booths may not require a license, but it is recommended to call the City Clerk’s Office to confirm.
