Leave the Light On 4: Healing Through Art
Thank you for being a part of our 4th Annual Leave the Light On event. Originally created to provide individuals recovering from substance use disorder a platform to share their experiences, this community gallery has grown into a profoundly healing space. Today, Pine Center for the Arts is proud to welcome artists who have found healing through art -- whether their struggles include substance abuse disorder, physical illnesses, mental health, domestic violence, any hardship of the human condition.
Artists are allowed to submit 1-3 works of art for the Pine Center for the Arts' 4th Annual Leave the Light On. Art will be on display from September 5-28, 2025, with an opening reception to be held from 4-7 pm on Friday, September 5.
- Artists may enter up to 3 recent (within 3 years) original artworks not previously shown at the Pine Center for the Arts.
- All artwork must be the original works, conceived and executed solely by the artist.
- Wall art MUST be properly framed and wired for hanging.
- If submitting written work, there is no need to provide a JPG.
- All art must be dropped off at the Pine Center for the Arts 1-3 pm on Tuesday, September 2, or 4-6 pm on Wednesday, September 3, or by arrangement.
- The deadline to submit the application is August 30, 2025.
- The Pine Center for the Arts reserves the right to refuse any submissions that do not comply with the Art Potluck guidelines or may not be suitable for our community.
The Pine Center for the Arts retains a 15% commission on art sold.
