We're Hiring Part-time: Weekend Studio Support and some evenings. We're looking for a friendly, energetic person to join our team! This is a customer-facing role in a creative, high-energy environment. Our studio is often buzzing, with music playing, classes running, and lots of conversations happening at once, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a busy, social space and can bring positivity and calm. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, takes initiative, and enjoys helping others feel welcome and supported as they explore something new. Physical tasks like lifting boxes of clay (up to 50 lbs) and keeping the space tidy are part of the job, so being comfortable with movement and lifting is important. It also gets quite hot in the summer months between heat waves and kilns running it can feel just as hot as restaurant kitchen. Right now, we're hiring for part-time weekend shifts only, and the starting wage is minimum wage. That said, there’s room to grow. There may be opportunities for more hours, increased pay, and even access to benefits if the role becomes full-time.
