General Information:
Thank you for your willingness to set up a resource table at the 2025 PACT Convening! We appreciate the critical work you and your agency do each and every day to prevent and address child trafficking.
This year we will host a dedicated resource space with opportunities for attendees to peruse tables, view Lived Experience Artwork and pick up materials throughout the day at leisure and on breaks.
Our hope is that you will set up your table for the full 2.5 Day event, leave materials to be picked up by attendees and return to collect any leftover items on September 18th anytime between 3:15pm and 5:00 pm.
There is no expectation to have someone at your table, however, if you would like to connect with attendees, please note the breaks and meals in the agenda which will be busier times and make plans accordingly.
Here are few details to note:
Location: Hilton Arden Arcade (add address)
Set up Time: Tuesday, Sept. 16th @ 7:00am- 11:00am. Please check in at the Convening Registration Table in the Foyer and ensure your table is completely set up by 11:00am.
Exhibitor Hall opens @ 11:00am on 9-16-25.
- Tables are 6 ft long and will have a tablecloth. You may bring your own as well.
- Due to space there are only up to 2 chairs (available upon request) - not all tables have capacity for chairs and cannot be guaranteed due to the space.
- We encourage you to make your table visually interesting - bring examples of resources and + links to QR Codes to download digital content and/or printed takeaways.
- There will not be Wi-Fi or a guaranteed power outlet for you to connect to or charge any electronics you may bring.
- Pick up times: Please plan to collect all of your remaining items between 3:15pm - 5:00 pm on Thursday Sept. 18th.
