This form is only for members who are past members of the NCBSO or individuals seeking membership. The deadline for this application for the 2025-2026 season is June 16th, 2025. Our leadership team will then review all applicants and notify you of their decision by June 20th, 2025. You will then be sent a new form to complete your registration for the NCBSO.
