Modern Balloon Studios Contract
Services: AZ Modern Collective requires a 2 hour minimum set up before start of event. Customers will receive a mock up of what your set up will look like & will agree for final drafting. Payment: Our current payment method is through Sqaure Payment Link at this time. A deposit of 50% will be required to book for desired date. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Remaining balances are due 7 days before event date. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations MUST BE MADE 7 DAYS before event. Events may be rescheduled based on availability. Liability: AZ Modern Collective is not responsible for damage to balloons & surrounding areas after set up due to weather or mishandling. Balloons are temporary decorations and may naturally deflate of pop. There are NO REFUNDS after set up and event. Setup Conditions: Client agrees to provide a safe and accessible set up area. If we decide the set up area is unsafe for clients and employees, set ups may not occur. Helium: Our helium balloons are created to last 3-7 days. We are not responsible for weather conditions causing for balloons to pop. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR POPPED HELIUM BALLOONS. Customer may get in contact with us and we will try our best to fix the issue.
