1. Purpose of Membership
Haulers United provides members access to fuel card programs, industry discounts, and other carrier-focused services, including group-negotiated pricing agreements.

2. Membership Commitments
Members are encouraged, but not required, to use Haulers United services. Group benefits depend on all members’ combined fuel and service volume.

3. Membership Information
Member certifies all information is accurate and will update Haulers United with any changes affecting membership status.

4. Consent to Communications
Member consents to receive communications from Haulers United and its selected service partners by email, phone, SMS, or mail.

5. Consent to Data Usage
Member agrees Haulers United may collect and use relevant business data for program participation. Member data will not be sold.

6. Existing AtoB Accounts
Members with existing AtoB fuel cards agree to be moved under the Haulers United partner account to access program benefits. Members authorize Haulers United to initiate this transition on their behalf with AtoB.
