Important information please read below
- Buckets will be available to PICK UP- WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10, 2026 during normal business hours.
- To enter, the exhibitor must sign up for “Blossom Bucket” through Fair Entry between June 1- July 1 and pick up an official contest bucket from the County Extension Office
- To enter, the exhibitor must pick up an official contest bucket from the County Extension Office.
- Exhibitors are limited to 1 entry each.
- Please fill your bucket ¼ full of a lightweight filler material to reduce weight of the bucket.
- A goal card must be attached along with a list and a diagram of the plants in the bucket.
- This class will be judged during scheduled Static Judging Monday July 14th.
- After judging, buckets will be displayed around the Fairgrounds during the remainder of the fair.
- Exhibitors will take buckets home after the Fair.
- Each bucket of flowers will receive a ribbon.
- The buckets themselves will not be judged.
- Plant selection, appearance, and maintenance as well as meeting of the exhibitor’s goal will be judged.
- Not eligible for the Iowa State Fair
- Buckets may NOT be sold as an auction item at the Clarke County Fair.
