If you need to book another session on a pre existing project: please email (lifecyclz.tattoos@gmail.com) directly. This form is for new projects for both new and pre-existing clients.

The goal of this form is to serve as an online consultation. I always aim to give the best experience (and tattoo) possible. The more thorough you are, the more information I have to give you this best experience. Please keep in mind I do not accept all projects and will decline if I do not believe I am the best artist for the job you are looking for. a 200$ deposit is required to set up an appointment.

When your submission is reviewed, you will get a text or email to set up your appointment or further consultation if desired. All confirmed appointments will get an automated text message sent to their device. If you do not receive one, please contact us.
