It is going to take all ~8,000 Research Scientists, Postdocs, and Academic Student Employees working together to win contracts we deserve. In every department, building, and campus, members are taking action to improve our workplace rights. In order to build the strong, majority participation needed to make progress on key issues like fair wages, improved benefits, workload protections, and more, UAW 4121 members are forming our own Contract Action Team (CAT). The role of everyone on the CAT is to keep coworkers informed and engaged and to publicly participate in the campaign — starting by adding your name, department, and photo to the CAT website!
