    Thank you for your interest in our 2025 Party in the Park Concert Series and it's Cantina Bazaar. Fill out the application below. All applications must be received by June 10th, 2025 to be considered. Price: $45 for a 10x10 space.

  • We’re excited to introduce The Cantina and its Bazaar, a brand-new early entry experience launching this year at Party In The Park! Taking place 90 minutes before the show begins (5:00pm), The Cantina offers a vibrant, high-energy setting where guests can kick off the evening with music, food, drinks & SHOPPING in an intimate, festival-style atmosphere.

    What The Cantina Offers Attendees:

    - Beer Specials
    - Frozen Margaritas
    - Shopping

    As a vendor, this is a prime opportunity to engage with guests early and throughout the night, build visibility, and boost sales in a unique, relaxed environment before & during the main event.

    The Cantina Bazaar welcomes established vendors, emerging entrepreneurs, and creative makers of all kinds.

    Business opportunities: Vintage sellers, crafters, artists, and other creative retail. We are open to creative ideas to help you!

    Required Hours of Operation: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    Vendors are welcome to remain open through the duration of the event, which concludes at 10:00 PM. However, for safety reasons, no vehicles may be brought into the event area before 10:15 PM without prior approval from The Cantina honcho.

    We do not provide power, however, we do encourage you to bring your own battery opperated lights to illuminate your space when the sun goes down.

    I hereby release and forever discharge Party in the Park, Springut Group Inc., Toucan Tango, the City of Rochester, all sponsoring organizations, and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with my application to, or participation with Party in the Park. Party in the Park will not be responsible for any injury sustained by exhibitors or guests while within space designation for exhibits. Sponsor/Exhibitor shall indemnify, and hold harmless, Party in the Park, Springut Group Inc., Toucan Tango, the City of Rochester, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, or damages of whatever nature including, but not limited to, claims of bodily injury, death, personal injury, property damage, by whoever made, as well as the cost of litigation and counsel fees, arising from, based on, or in any manner related to Sponsor’s/Exhibitor’s activities in connection with this Agreement. Further I understand that I store my goods and merchandise at my own risk without exception or limitation.
