PLEASE READ BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS FORM!!! Party favor orders can be shipped or Pickup/Local Delivery!! Lex Custom Celebrations requires at least 2 weeks notice for custom orders. 7 day requests may be accepted on a case by case basis and an additional rush fee will be applied. Be as detailed as possible in your order for the best quote. ( PLEASE NOTE WHEN CHOOSING YOUR CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS CHOOSE ONE OR AS MANY AS YOU WANT.) I will respond to ALL custom order requests within 24-48 hours. After, you will receive an email from us with the best quote possible and any questions we may have regarding your order. You can be also notified through text as well but OFFICIAL order invoices will be sent through Email only! Once quote is given you have 48 hours to accept or deny the quote. Once we know you are going to go forward with the order an invoice will be sent to you with full order information, payment dates, and next steps. You will be sent a design mockup of your requested items after deposit is paid and you have 48 hours to approve the design. A Deposit of 50% of the entire order is required to confirm booking. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE! You can cancel up to 1 week with no fee. If you cancel 72 hours before the event date a cancelation fee of 20% of your order total is required. The order is not confirmed until invoice is sent and deposit IS PAID! Final payment is due 72 hours before order due date. You will be contacted through text and or email with order update and progress. Payments accepted: All cards through a payment link, Zelle, and Paypal. (I will not Accept CASH APP)

Of you choose unfilled you will be sent instructions and materials to close the favors and assemble them with whatever products you purchase on your own.
