UTD SAA Scrubs Request Form

Please complete all required fields and submit this form to request scrubs. After your submission, the Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) will contact you to confirm size availability and payment information. Orders are finalized once payment is received. All scrubs are approved Grey's Anatomy Hunter Green scrubs that have been gently used and donated by graduating students. Styles may vary. Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to size availability. Unfortunately, we do not have any men's scrubs available this year. All available scrubs are based on women's sizing. Because these are previously owned scrubs, we recommend washing them before use. No refunds.
