Remark:
1. Please attach the resume of all individuals in your group. If any member does not have a resume, please use this Google Doc template and export into pdf file to provide their information.
2. Fees might be charged as a contribution towards the cost of the visit.
3. After we received your completed documents including the request forms, resume, and so on, we will proceed this request at least 2 months for consideration.
4. The visit will be conducted in English for all international visitors.
5. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in disqualification without notification.
