The Lady Scrappers are a young independent competitive softball team based out of NW DeSoto County, Mississippi. We are moving up to 12 and under age group for fall of 2025. We are looking for players born from September 2013 to December 2014. Advanced 2015s are welcome to tryout.

We will practice and play in tournaments from August 2025 to July 2026 tentatively. Registrating in 12u tournaments in USSSA & USFA. We will practice 2-3 times a week, plan on playing in a total of 16-21 tournaments. Team bonding, strong family atmosphere, dedicated coaching staff and hard work by all. Fundraising is offered as we try to keep costs low. All positions considered! Looking for committed student athletes and familes that want to continue to develop and continue to grow in this sport.

Make sure your player(s) bring all their needed equipment to tryouts. Glove, helmet, bat, catchers gear, mask and water. Players will need to be dressed in proper softball attire consisting of softball pants, jersey top, socks and belt. Cleats on, shirt tucked in and hair pulled back.
