    FAQs:

    🏕️ What amenities are available and how much do they cost?

    Stalls: $50 weekend.  Stall rental is required for all participant horses.  Rental fee includes 2 bags of shavings

    RV: The farm does not have RV hookups but you are welcome to stay in your living quarters if you want to dry camp.  There is also an RV campground about 1/4 mile from the farm that provides full hook-ups.  (https://randrrvcampground.com/)


    🛏️ Where can I stay if I don’t have an RV/Living Quarters?

    The farm is located 6 miles from Dunlap, TN.  There is a Mountain Inn & Suites conveniently located in town.  (https://www.mountaininnandsuites.com/).  There are also a number of airbnb rentals available in the area.


    🕒 What is the daily schedule?

    The clinic runs from 9 AM – 4 PM on Saturday with a one-hour lunch break.

    The clinic runs from 9 AM - 3:30 PM on Sunday with a thirty minute lunch break.


    ❓ Can I bring someone to help me with my horse?

    Yes, auditors are allowed at this clinic.  There is a separate fee for each auditor.  


    📄 Do I need health papers for my horse?

    Yes, you must provide a negative Coggins test.

    IMPORTANT: Please note that absolutely NO DOGS (or other pets) are allowed on the farm or at the clinic.

                Participant:  Participant spots will be held upon receipt of your registration form and payment.  You may pay the deposit or the full clinic fee to hold your spot.  If you pay the deposit, the balance of payment is due by June 20, 2025.

                Auditor: Registration and payment confirms your audit spot and inclues lunch and water provided during the clinic.  

                 

                🏚️ Stalls **:

                Stalls are self-care. We require you to leave the stall the same way you found it: clean. By registering for this clinic, you agree to clean your stall upon departure and leave it in the manner you found it.

                 

                ☔Cancelation Policy

                We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration. Please take note of our cancellation policy outline below:

                1. Prior to June 13, 2025.  A full refund of payment is available if you cancel your spot prior to June 13, 2025. 

                2. June 13, 2025 or later.  Participant deposits are non-refundable.  If you paid the full clinic fee, you will be refunded the payment, less the $100 deposit.  Auditor and stall rental fees are refundable up to the day before the start date of the clinic.

                You may also transfer your clinic registration to another person who will then be responsible for any outstanding balances.  This transfer only applies to the clinic of registration and not to future clinics.
