    A curated vendor section for the first PAC•MoCA Skate Fest!

    Vendors will have 10' x 10' spaces and must provide their own tents, tables, chairs!

    Business Booths $100

    Artist Spaces are $50

    Nonprofit spaces are $25 ( must have a (501)C3

     


    This event will be free from 12:00-4:00 PM

    Vendor Notifications ASAP


    We are interested in vendors who will also help promote the event on their various social media outlets. You will be included in all press once your vendor space is confirmed.
    Interested vendors please follow the guidelines below.

    • The Patchogue Arts Council will curate vendors from submitted applications.
    • The outdoor space per vendor is a standard 10'x10', materials are to be provided by vendor. No electricity is provided.

    • If selected, a vendor fee is due by June 25, 2025 to confirm your space. You will be sent a payment link when accepted.

    Submission Details & Guidelines

    Please note if selected, we will use these images you upload to this application for promotion of the event.

    • Submissions must include a bio, artist statement, or description to be used for promotional materials.

    On or before June June 19: Notifications of selection 

    All vendors will be notified of selection by email only.
    (please do not call the office; submissions are handled via email only)
     
    Cash or checks must be payable to The Patchogue Arts Council, Inc.
    If a selected vendor fee is not received by June 25, 2025,
    the space may be released to a new vendor at the discretion of the organizers.

    Other Notes: Please note selected vendors will need to supply all necessary materials and supplies for their spaces. This includes a table, table cloth, lighting and all display-related materials. Please note there is no wall space available. No electricity is provided so please come prepared with battery-operated lighting and/or plan accordingly. Vendors are welcome to bring an easel to set up behind their allotted spaces. No easels or displays can exceed the table width.


    Selected vendors must be available to set up their spaces at 10:30 AM on June 29, 2025. Vendors may NOT pack up before the event's end time of 4:00 PM. Please note if the party is still going you are welcome to keep your spot set up and continue vending!
