Fitting Attendance
The Fitting/Rehersal date is Saturday October 18, 2025. (Time TBA). It is important that each designer attends the scheduled fitting. However, if you are not local or are unable to attend, you must send your wardrobe pieces in advance so we can properly prepare. More details will be provided upon acceptance.

Event Showcase Attendance
The event showcase date is Saturday November 15, 2025. All designers must be able to attend the event Showcase.

Participation Details
Designer Participation Fee: $200
A minimum of 50% ($100) non-refundable deposit due upon brand acceptance
Remaining balance due by the first fitting/rehearsal Saturday October 18, 2025. You may also choose to pay in full upon brand acceptance. A payment link for your participation fee will be sent upon brand acceptence.
