Dead Ringers Guest CXperts should meet a simple but non-negotiable set of standards.

Be a knowledgable and engaging speaker.
Have a new topic or a fresh perspective on an existing topic that would enhance the value of content available on the CXpertise platform—keeping in mind that everything should, in some way, shape or form, tie back to the customer experience and how professionals service client families.
Demonstrate understanding of the nuances and difficulties of the deathcare profession and desire to equip deathcare professionals to thrive in their roles.

Above and beyond this, contributors will be responsible for:

Recording professional-looking video segments with decent resolution, lighting, and sound.
Developing and presenting original, relevant and engaging content
Avoiding trademarked/copyrighted language and imagery
Avoiding "sales pitch" content in favor of educational content
Communicating regularly with the Dead Ringers Team to coordinate content development, file submissions, and adherence to deadlines.
