Booking & Payment

All platter orders must be placed a minimum of 7 days in advance.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.

The remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup or delivery.
Cancellation Policy

The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If the full balance has been paid and the order is canceled at least 72 hours in advance, you will be refunded the remaining 50%.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled pickup or delivery are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once within 30 days of the original date, subject to availability.

Missed pickups or deliveries without notice will also be considered a cancellation and are non-refundable.
Pickup Policy

Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time.

If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

More than 10 minutes late: Please contact us with your updated arrival time.

If your new arrival time is more than 30 minutes past your scheduled pickup, your order will be canceled and must be rescheduled for another day, subject to availability.
Note: We prepare all orders fresh and follow a tightly scheduled timeline. Late pickups can affect food quality and impact service for other customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Your order will be held until the next business day.

A $20 next-day pickup fee will be charged due to storage requirements.

This fee must be paid before pickup is rescheduled or completed.
Delivery Policy

$20 flat fee for deliveries within 15 km. For longer distances, a third-party courier will be used and delivery charges may vary.

Someone must be available to receive the order. If no one is present or reachable, the order will be returned and no refund will be issued.
- We are not responsible for food condition impacted by travel time or distance.
- If your order is being delivered by The Culinary Canvas and no one is available to receive it, the order will be returned, and no refund will be issued.
- If your order is delivered via a third-party service and no one is available, the item will be left at your door, and no refund will be issued.
Important: If your package is left unattended, do not consume the contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or quality of food left outside, as it may be exposed to heat, tampering, contamination, or spoilage. For your health and safety, please arrange to be available at the time of delivery.
