By accepting this booking, the customer agrees to pay the remaining balance due on day/night of the performance as agreed. If the event is cancelled within 4 weeks of the scheduled date, the full agreed payment will remain payable. The artist reserves the right to pursue any unpaid fees through appropriate channels if payment is not received as agreed, leading to possible legal action to recover the outstanding amount. The artist is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents that may occur as a result of the use or presence of their equipment during the event. All necessary precautions will be taken to ensure safety, but responsibility for guest conduct remains with the client. Agreements in relation to the venue and performance start time/set will take place at the agreement already made - any changes must be confirmed in advance and may incur additional fees. In the event of an highly unlikely illness, accident or circumstances beyond control, the artist will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement or reschedule. The artist may use photographs / short clip videos from the event for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
