2026 National Pageant Registration Form

We are so excited to have you joining us for Nationals in Hershey July 23-25, 2026! This is an official National Pageant Registration Form for the National United States Scholarship Pageant. Complete and submit the following form to register and secure your spot for Nationals 2026 in Harrisburg-Hershey, PA. Once your Registration Form is received, if you are selected to compete, we will email you with additional information and you will be invoiced to pay your deposit to secure your state title. National Pageant Dates

The National Pageant will be held July 23 to 25, 2026 in Hershey, PA at The Central Hotel and Conference Center.
Divisions

National United States offers seven age divisions: PRINCESS ages 5-6, JR. PRETEEN ages 7-9, PRETEEN ages 10-12, JR. TEEN ages 13-15, TEEN ages 16-18, MISS ages 19-24, and Elite ages 25+ (any martial status). Delegates compete in division based on their age as of July 1, 2026.
Required Competitions

Delegates compete in four areas of competition for the National Titles: Interview (round robin one on one with each judge for three minutes) 50%, Fun Fashion 20%, Evening Gown 20%, and Community Service (5 hours) 10%. A wide variety of Optional Competitions are available for delegates to enter for additional opportunities to win awards at Nationals.
National Fee

All national delegates are subject to a National Fee of $500 to compete at the National Pageant. A $200 deposit is due immediately to secure your appointed state title and spot to compete at the National Pageant. The remainder of your National Fee of $300 is due within 30 days or by May 1st, whichever come first. The National Fee includes your state crown, state rhinestone sash, delegate ticket for the Chocolate & Diamonds Awards Gala, delegate ad page fee & design for the National Program, delegate copy of the national program, required competitions, delegate gifts, and MUCH MORE! If for any reason you are no longer able to attend the National Pageant you are subject to a Withdraw Fee of $250 and must return the state crown and sash (in the condition received) to the National Office.
