Anita Terrace Owners, Inc.
Any shareholder or spouse of a shareholder of Anita Terrace Owners, Inc. seeking to run for the Board of Directors may declare their candidacy to run for a position on the Board by completing and signing the Declaration of Candidacy below.

This Declaration of Candidacy Form must be delivered by 12 NOON Tuesday,
May 27, 2025: 1) deliver this completed form by hand to the Onsite Management
Office, into a locked box owned by Elect-US, 2) by placing completed form into
enclosed business reply envelope (no postage required) and mailing form to be
received by May 27, 2025, by 12 NOON 3) by email to chris@elect-us.net, 4)
electronically, by clicking on the Declaration of Candidacy button on the Elect-US
portal at www.elect- us.net/anita and filling out the online form.

Completed Declaration of Candidacy Forms must be received no later
than NOON on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
