Private Pavilion Reservation

If your group will be more than 100 guests or will need special accommodations (corporate event, etc.) please contact us at one of the numbers above before filling out this form.

• Pavilion Reservation Prices
  • Monday - Thursday $50
  • Friday and Saturday $75
  • Guests are $7 per person. Children 2 years and under are free.
  • The option to purchase a 10-punch entry pass for a discounted rate is available. Call 801-658-6995 for more information.
  • Pavilion reservation prices do not include guest admission.
  • Hosts may purchase wristbands for their guests prior to the reservation time. When guests arrive, they come to the entrance gate (must wait in line if there is one) and let us know they are in your group and they will receive a wristband. Once the pre-purchased wristbands are distributed, any additional guests will need to pay for a wristband to enter. 
  • Hosts may also purchase wristbands and distribute to their guests outside the gate, so their guests do not have to wait in the entrance line. If you choose to do this, your guests may enter through the exit gate, but must be wearing their wristband to enter.  
  • If hosts are not paying for their guests, guests will pay at the entrance gate to receive a wristband to enter.
  • Pumpkins are NOT included with your reservation.
• Reservation Times
  
  • Reservations are for 3-hour increments: 9 am - 12 pm, 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm and 4 - 7 pm.
  • Please note, we cannot accommodate early entries to set-up or decorate for your event. Likewise, your pavilion must be vacated and trash thrown away by the end of your three-hour reservation.
• Pavilion Reservation Payment
  • Payment is required to secure reservation and is due when reservation is made.
  • If you would like to prepay for guest admission, please contact us at the numbers above to arrange payment.
• Food & Beverage
  • If reserving a pavilion, you may bring your own food and beverage.
  • There is absolutely no cooking, no Sternos, no reheating, no grills, no fires and no food preparation allowed on the premises. Food trucks are not allowed on the premises, including the parking lot.
  • Alcohol, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
  • We ask that reservation hosts clean up and dispose of all trash left by their guests in the pavilion and surrounding areas (there is a dumpster out front). We provide receptacles and additional trash bags as needed.
  • Jaker's offers concessions after 12 pm.
• Jaker's Cancellation Policies
  • We are open rain or shine. If you need to cancel your event, you may receive a full refund if canceled 14 days prior to your event date.  You will receive 50% refund if your event is canceled less than 7 days before the event date.  No refund will be given if you cancel the day before or the day of your event. However, if Jaker's closes by our own decision, especially due to weather - there will be no rescheduling fee or you may be fully refunded.
  • If you need to reschedule your event, you may do so 7 days or more prior to your event date with no additional charge.  If you reschedule 6-2 days before your event, the fee is $25 to reschedule.  If you reschedule the day before or the day of your event, the fee is $50.
• Jaker's Guest Policies 
  • All guests of Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns must respect the written rules as posted at the entry gate and throughout the venue or they will be asked to leave without a refund for entry, which includes absolutely no pets, no smoking, no vaping and no alcohol.
  • We ask all guests to respect the property of Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns. Group hosts and/or their guests are responsible for any intentional or unintentional damage of any part of Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns by replacing or paying for damaged property.
  • Group hosts are responsible for any damage to any part of the property (includes parking lot, corn maze, structures, etc.) caused by any member of their party including staff and guests. Responsibility includes paying for any repairs, labor or expenses related to the damage.
  • There is uneven ground, metal slides, farm animals that can bite and many other hazards at Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns. All guests acknowledge that visiting Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns is at their own risk.
  • Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns or Harward Farms Sweet Corn, Inc. are not responsible for any injury to any persons that occur on the property of Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns.
  • Group hosts are responsible for all costs, fees and/or fines related to any injury of any guest at Jaker’s Jack-O-Lanterns that is caused by one of their guests.
  • Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns or Harward Farms Sweet Corn, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen property of our guests.
  • Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns or Harward Farms Sweet Corn, Inc. is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss that may occur to any vehicle or any other personal property in the parking lot or anywhere else on the property of Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns.
  • Jaker's Jack-O-Lanterns reserves the right to ask any disrespectful, unruly or non-observant guests to leave the premises at any time without refund of admission.
