Please note that this is an application to request a rental space. Submitting this application does not automatically secure the booking. Please allow 48 hours to have your application approved. You will be notified of such approvals.

Upon approval, a formal rental agreement contract will be created and an invoice for payment will be sent to the email provided in your application.

Once payment is received, you will get a calendar invite to the booking. At this time, your booking will be confirmed and booked.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled Event date are eligible for a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made 15–29 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date.

Policy does not apply to Azza/Afsos bookings.
