This content may be used in future communications, including (but not limited to) organic use on social media, our website, digital and print publications, advertisements (across all channels), and broadcasts.

By submitting this form, you are formally notifying Shock the System that:

You do not consent to the use of your likeness (photo or video) or voice in any captured media from the event.

You understand this does not guarantee complete exclusion from all media (e.g., crowd shots), but we will make reasonable efforts to avoid or remove identifiable images or audio of you in our content.

You understand that it is your responsibility to avoid camera or recording areas to the extent possible and to inform photographers/videographers if needed.
