1. Health and Vaccinations:
- The Owner certifies that their pet is in good health and up-to-date on all vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and Bordetella. The owners confirm that their pets flea and tick treatment is current.
-It is understood by the owners that Service Provider is not responsible for injuries involving pre-existing or age-related conditions.
-Owner will provide all necessary food and medications for the duration of the stay. If service provider needs to purchase goods on the owners behalf they will be reimbursed in full upon receipt of invoice.
2. Emergency Care:
- In case of an emergency, the Service Provider is authorized to seek veterinary care for the pet at the Owner's expense.
- The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to contact the Owner or the emergency contact provided.
-The Service provider is authorized to approve medical treatment up to $3000.00 in the event the Owner cannot be reached during a medical emergency, the dogs owner will be responsible for reimbursing said cost as well as paying for future care associated with their dogs care.
3. Liability:
-The owner confirms that their pet is licensed with the City of Calgary and that the license is up to date. -The owner acknowledges that their pet will be staying in a home that has other
-The owner consents for their dog to be involved in pack walks, and they consent for off- leash walks (in a fenced private yard or an off-leash area designated by the municipality)
- The Owner acknowledges that there are inherent risks associated with dog walking. - The owner assumes responsibility for any harm or damage caused by their dog.
- The Owner agrees to hold the Service Provider harmless for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while the pet is in the Service Provider's care, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
