Investment Partnership Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between Footprints of the Heart, LLC ("Program Provider") and the investing party listed below ("Investor"), effective as of the date of signature, for the purpose of sponsoring men's access to the Leap of Courage Recovery Program.
A “Donor” is someone who donates money and purchases sponsorships for any participating church. Donors are not considered investors and are not eligible for any monetary return on their sponsorship contributions.
501(c)(3) Compliance and Thank-You Donation Disclaimer: Footprints of the Heart, LLC guarantees thank-you donations to Investors as described, contingent solely upon the receipt of participant contributions. In compliance with 501(c)(3) regulations, contributions are ultimately treated as charitable support without a guaranteed financial return.
1. Overview
Leap of Courage is a trauma-informed online recovery program serving men healing from pornography, sex-related, and behavioral addictions. This initiative is launching a 3-week investment window, plus an early bird special investment window, to fund access for up to 15,000 men across 2025 and 2026.
It is on track to becoming accredited through CARF International. To our knowledge, it will be the first ever accredited program to help men overcome porn and sex-related addictions. Accreditation is currently on track to be complete by the end of 2025.
2. Primary Investment Period (3 Weeks)
Footprints of the Heart, LLC, reserves the right to EXTEND the investment period at any time. Planned Scheduling is as follows:
Early Bird Special : NOW, and untill week 1 begins of the 3-week primary investment period (limited to the first 10 investors, or untlil $50K is reached)

Investment Cap: $3M total, equating to 15,000 sponsored memberships at $200 each. This amount may increase if there is a communicated desire from investors or donors.
Schedule & Minimums and Maximums (2025 year)
Early Bird Special (NOW, until week 1 begins of the prmary investment period ): $2,000-$25,000
Week 1 (TBA): $25,000 – $500,000 investments (More is possible)
Week 2 (BTA): $10,000 minimum
Week 3 (TBA): $2,000 minimum
At any point, donations may be accepted as general donations spread across participating churches. Donations are not accepted as investments that receive a reimbursement or donation back.
3. Sponsorship Allocation
Investor contributions are pooled to determine per-man pricing.
Sponsorships may be allocated:
Directly to a church or Christian University of Investor's choice
Evenly distributed across all participating churches and Universities
Businesses and individuals may be investors or donors.
Donors can choose a specific church or Univesity for their sponsorships to be allocated to if the donation is $5K or more, otherwise it will be spread equally across the board for participating churches.
4. Program Cost and Access
Standard retail cost per man: $4,000
Sponsored access during this initiative: $200–$600, determined by collective raise from all participating investors together
Early bird Investors automatically get $200 per man sponsorship access, no matter what
Investment Tiers (Sentence Form):
A $100,000 collective investment sponsors 167 men, at a cost of $600 per man.
A $250,000 collective investment sponsors 500 men, at a cost of $500 per man.
A $500,000 collective investment sponsors 1,250 men, at a cost of $400 per man.
A $750,000 collective investment sponsors 2,500 men, at a cost of $300 per man.
A $1,000,000 collective investment sponsors 5,000 men, at a cost of $200 per man.
167-499 men sponsored costs $600 per man.
500-1,249 men sponsored costs $500 per man.
1,250-2,499 men sponsored costs $400 per man.
2,500-4,999 men sponsored costs $300 per man.
5,000 men, at a cost of $200 per man.
Anything below 167 sponsorships will cost $4,000 per man and will simply be a part of the standard Leap of Courage Program.
Each additional man beyond the $1,000,000 benchmark will be sponsored at a cost of $200 per man.
In the event of human error: This signed agreement will be cross-referenced with your actual payment amount. Your actual payment amount will be divided by 200 (Assuming we collectively reach the 5,000 sponsorship benchmark). That will be the number of sponsorships you have into this program. For example: if you tell us on this signed agreement that you paid $50K, but you only paid $40K, then you will receive $40K worth of sponsorships, and not $50K.
5. Return on Sponsorship Contributions
The Investor (church, University, organization, business, or individual) will receive a reimbursed portion of program fees based on the participation of men they have sponsored. This is not considered profit or income. We are considering it a thank-you donation in appreciation for your participation and support in making this opportunity possible.
This structure is designed to acknowledge the vital role Investors play in sponsoring men's recovery journeys — while encouraging strong participation from the men themselves.
Specifically:
For each man the Investor has directly sponsored, the first $400 contributed by that man is returned to the Investor.
For any amount the man contributes beyond $400, the Investor receives 90% of the surplus.
Reimbursements are processed twice per year.
Example: If a sponsored man contributes $500 to access the program:
Investor receives $490 ($400 + 90% of the remianing $100)
Early Bird Special Investors get a 3x reimbursement/donation automatically, as long as collectively, at least 5,000 sponsorships are paid for in the investment period.
6. Delivery of Services
Sponsored men are placed in small group cohorts of 12–15 men from his church or university whenever possible. (this number may vary slightly)
Pastors can be grouped with other pastors.
Anonymous participation is available.
Enrollees receive and retain lifetime access to online course content, including updates and new course content.
Enrollees have 18 months of weekly access to the large, collective group coaching calls.
The wives or significant others from participants will have access to a women’s support group to heal from betrayal.
7. Expiration & Rollovers
Sponsorships do not expire — they may be used any time, and any year after the investment period ends.

12,000 men in 2026
More will be offered in 2027 and following years
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
