Injury Policy

Parents must turn in the Injury Form with a doctor’s note (on letterhead).

Injured athletes are still expected to attend practices and competitions.

All limits (what the athlete can/cannot do) must be written on the form — verbal notes aren’t accepted.

If an athlete cannot fully practice, a medical release is required before returning.
