  • Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Northwest County Volunteer Fire Department (NWCVFD).

    Important Application Guidelines:

    1. Voluntary Disclosure – This application is for a volunteer position, and all information provided is on a voluntary basis. When completing the application, please keep the following in mind:
      • All fields must be completed. Incomplete or unsigned applications will not be considered.
      • Ensure all required documents are included, as failure to do so will result in automatic disqualification.

    2. Authorization for Release of Information – Applicants must agree to and sign the Authorization for Release of Information section of this form. This permits NWCVFD to conduct a background check through city, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. 
    3. Application Review and Approval – Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The NWCVFD Fire Chief reserves the right to approve or deny any application at their discretion.
