Men's Ball Hockey | Spring 2025 Session

Session Duration: April 7th to June 29th
Each club must have its own membership. Only club members will be allowed to participate in activities. Membership is not transferable between participants or clubs. This membership covers your participation in Men's Hockey (Monday and Wednesday from 9:00pm - 11pm). Coordinators will control the number of participants for each sport (Max 50 people inside the gym at any given time).

Mondays will have 16 full time players and the rest will be picked on a first come first serve basis. Wednesdays will be pay per play only (Puck up - first come first serve). Goalies play for free. Please ONLY PAY WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED to play if you are a walk in.

To become a member of a club, one must:

1. Complete the registration form and pay the necessary fees.
2. Adhere and Agree to the Code of Conduct Policy
3. Sign the Waiver and Liability agreement
4. Helmets with Cage/Visor and Gloves are mandatory

Renewals

Members will be required to renew their membership at the end of every quarter to be able to participate in the upcoming term. Renewals will be done through an online registration form that shall be circulated prior to the beginning of the term and have a specified date and time for accepting submissions.
Code of Conduct

Members and Coordinators of a club must adhere to the following code of conduct, failure to comply may result ISNA in the revocation of membership for the term and/or suspension from further clubs.
