Injury/Cart Waiver

Applicant agrees that Pinestone Resort, Golf and Conference Centre shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injury sustained by this Member in, on or about the premises of Pinestone Resort, Golf and Conference Centre or any of its related facilities. Members assume full responsibility for any damages to Pinestone property which may occur, and Member does hereby, full and forever, release and discharge Pinestone Resort, Golf and Conference, their Owners, consultants, directors, employees and agents from any an all claims, demands, rights of action or cause of action, present or future.
