    Request for Arbitration

The items you will need to file an international arbitration are as follows:

    1.       Request for Arbitration form

    2.       Arbitration Agreement or Contract Containing Arbitration Clause

    3.       Filing Fee

    4.       Proof of Service

To request an international arbitration, please complete the online Request for Arbitration form.  Please include a copy of the arbitration agreement or clause under which the dispute is to be arbitrated.

Upon completion of the Request for Arbitration form, you will receive an email containing your submission to JAMS, which you may use to serve on the other parties to the arbitration.

JAMS will also send you an invoice for the Filing Fee after you complete the Request for Arbitration form, which will include instructions for payment.  The Filing Fee must be paid by the party initiating the arbitration and is (a) $2,000 for two-party matters, or (b) $3,500 for matters involving more than two parties.  A refund of $1,000 will be issued if the matter is withdrawn within five days of filing.  After five days, the Filing Fee is non-refundable.

You must provide proof of service of the Request for Arbitration on the other parties, as well as the nonrefundable Filing Fee, for JAMS to proceed with administration.
