  • STAND DETAILS

  • We will be holding this years food festival in a number of locations including Riverside Park, Market Street, Cententary Square, Gales Wine Bar, the Town Hall and Llangollen Railway station.  This means exhibitor space will not be standardised across all sites.

  • Please note: where applicable, exhibitors/traders will need to submit a copy of their public liability certificate (minimum cover of £5m), risk assessment and food hygiene certificates (a score of 3 or above) and full payment of stall fee prior to the event.

  • DECLARATIONS:

     

    Please note: receipt of the form does not guarantee space at the ‘Llangollen Food Festival 2025', the organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend any allocation of space up to the event, where upon any monies collected will be fully refunded.  

     

    Your Declaration:

    • I wish to reserve space at the Llangollen Food Festival 2025.
    • I understand that Llangollen Food Festival reserve the right to retain the fee if I cancel the stand booking.
    • If applicable, I will provide a copy of my public liability certificate, risk assessment and food hygiene certificate with the balance of my fee.
    • I confirm that I am conversant with, and abide by, the Food Safety (GFC) Regulations and the Food Safety (TC) Regulations 1995 and that all equipment used at the Festival, including any extension leads, will have a current PAT certificate for October 2025. The total power consumption of appliances attached to a single outlet extension leads will not exceed the capacity of the extension leads.
