Custom Shoe Order Form

RM Customs Sydney shoes are hand-painted, made with one-of-a-kind designs, personally tailored for you.
How to fill in this order form
1. Please read the policies on my Instagram 'story highlights' prior to filling out this form.
2. Fill out all the required sections of this order form. Please note: You can be as super detailed as you want, or you can allow artistic creativity for a surprise!
3. A few days after you submit your form, you will receive confirmation whether it has progressed to the next step of the process.
4. Once your deposit is paid, I create a mockup design based on your request and budget.
5. Once you approve the design and cost, the painting process starts!
6. Once the pair is completed, the final payment will be requested from you before your special custom is shipped off for delivery, with lots of TLC!
How long will the process take?

While etimated wait-times can vary, generally customs will take a total of 4 to 5 weeks, which starts from the time when the shoe arrives at my address to start painting. Please keep this in mind if ordering a gift.

Wait times can be shortened for tighter deadlines, with an additional flat fee of $50AUD. *Depending on availability.
