If you make it to the semi- final stage, at Waterman House Cookery School, Belfast, on Monday 7th July 2025 you will be asked to prepare your 3 course recipe for our judges. Ingredients lists must be exhaustive so all of these can be purchased and arranged for you at the semi-final. Please do not omit any ingredients that you will need on the day of the semi-final.
Please note the following ingredients can't be used in recipes:
Wagyu beef / Truffle / Eel / Turbot / Halibut / Fois Gras / Caviar / Fillet of beef
