    We recognize that there may be times when you need to reschedule your appointments. When you book an appointment with us, please remember that we are reserving time specifically for your pet to see a provider. This courtesy allows us to deliver the highest level of service at our office. If you find it necessary to reschedule, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for regular appointments and 48 hours' notice for anesthetic appointments. This consideration enables us to offer that time slot to another pet in need of care. Both your time and ours are valuable, so let's collaborate to find the most suitable time for your pet's appointment. Please note that all appointments require a deposit at the time of scheduling. If an appointment is canceled without 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited. This also applies to late arrivals for scheduled appointments. Late appointments may need to be rescheduled. For anesthetic cancellations made without 48 hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will not be rescheduled.
