A: You have the opportunity to win sets of classic ArtScroll titles for your Shul! Simply purchase eligible ArtScroll sets during the promotional period to be entered.

A: The giveaway is valid from May 12, 2025 to May 27, 2025.
Q: What purchases are eligible?
A: Only purchases of ArtScroll sets are eligible. Individual book purchases will not qualify.
Q: Where can I make my purchase?
A: Purchases can be made through ArtScroll.com or any bookstore.
Q: Are Shuls outside the USA eligible to participate?
A: Yes! Shuls worldwide are eligible to benefit from the campaign! However, any prizes won must be shipped to a valid address within the United States.
Q: Can I enter multiple times?
A: Yes! Each qualifying purchase of an ArtScroll set during the promotional period counts as a separate entry.
Q: I purchased an ArtScroll set as a gift for someone else—does it still count toward the giveaway?
A: Of course! As long as the purchase was made during the promotional period and meets the eligibility criteria, it absolutely counts—whether it’s for yourself, your Shul, a friend, or as a gift for someone else.

A: Follow our campaign updates and winner announcements by checking our official ArtScroll WhatsApp status HERE. Winners will also be contacted directly via email using the information provided at the time of Shul registration.
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals and institutions worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. All entrants must provide a valid U.S. shipping address for prize fulfillment if selected as a winner.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from May 12, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET to May 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
3. How to Enter
Participants must purchase qualifying ArtScroll sets during the giveaway period.
Purchases can be made via ArtScroll.com or any bookstore.
Only purchases of complete ArtScroll sets qualify. Individual book purchases that are not part of a set are not eligible for entry.
Each qualifying set purchase counts as one entry.
4. Prize
Winners will receive sets of classic ArtScroll titles for their designated Shul. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other goods.
Prizes will not be shipped earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the raffle campaign, pending verification of eligibility and validation of all entries. ArtScroll reserves the right to delay prize distribution if additional verification is required.
5. Purchase Validation
Proof of purchase is required to validate the entries. ArtScroll reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any purchase.
6. Eligibility Verification and EIN Requirement
EIN Requirement: In order to be eligible to redeem any prizes awarded through this campaign, participating shuls must provide a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN). If an EIN is not submitted at the time of entry, it must be provided upon request prior to the distribution of any prizes. Failure to provide a valid EIN may result in forfeiture of the prize.
7. General Conditions
ArtScroll reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the campaign if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ArtScroll, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this promotion.
9. Privacy
All personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and will be handled in accordance with ArtScroll’s Privacy Policy.
10. Global Eligibility
This promotion is open to individuals and institutions worldwide. However, all prizes must be shipped to a valid address within the United States. Participants from outside the U.S. may enter and win, but must provide a U.S. shipping address for prize fulfillment. By participating, entrants agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in their country of residence. ArtScroll reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate local laws or present shipping restrictions.
