1. I acknowledge that the Center for Outcomes Based Contracting will cover the registration fee for four members of my organization because we are currently participating in the cohort or are part of an alumni district.

2. I acknowledge that the Center for Outcomes Based Contracting will cover registration fee for up to two people within my organization because I am currently participating in the cohort or am part of an alumni district.

3. I acknowledge that the Center for Outcomes Based Contracting will cover registration fee for up to two people within my organization because I am a district and would like to learn more about OBC.

Registration Fee Payment
