2025 BC Export Awards

Nomination Form
Since 1982, the BC Export Awards have recognized the successes of exporting companies based in British Columbia. For more than four decades, this prestigious awards program has celebrated the growth, innovation, strategy and impact of businesses that bring B.C. and Canadian-made products and services to the world.

The 2025 BC Export Awards will recognize achievements in 12 different categories. Additional information on the awards, eligibility and categories is available here.

Nomination deadline:

Completed applications with all supporting materials attached must be submitted via this form by no later than 12 p.m. PT on August 29, 2025. Applications will not be accepted after this time.

Nomination process:
- Review BIV's 2025 award categories, criteria and eligibility
- Complete this online application form and upload all supporting documents
- All required fields must be completed in full for a nominee to be considered
- All supporting materials must be attached to the nomination. These include:
  - A high-resolution company logo in both EPS and JPEG/PNG formats
  - 5 high-resolution photos
- A judging panel made up of BIV's editor-in-chief and sponsor and stakeholder representatives will review all nominations and select finalists for each award category
- Finalists will be announced in Fall 2025
- Winners will be announced at the 2025 BC Export Awards luncheon in January 2026
Notes:
- Nomination forms must be submitted in full online
- Answers should be written in the third person and should in no way include exaggerated or unproven statements
- Information and statements included in this package will be fact-checked, and may be published if a nominee is selected as a finalist
- Data related to sales and export revenue, and contact information, will be kept confidential
- The online application form cannot be saved unless all information is submitted; once submitted, the application cannot be retrieved for editing
- The information may be submitted by the nominee, or by a separate nominator, as long as the nominee has ensured all information submitted is accurate
