  • It is that time again! We invite you to be a vendor at our Annual Potato Festival. This year’s festival will be held on Saturday, September 6th, 2025, at Chapman Park in Monte Vista, from 8 AM to 4 PM. Set up is between 7 AM and 8 AM. Vendors will not be able to set up after 8 AM. You can drive vehicles to your space to unload, but they must be off the park by 8 AM. Vendors may pack their items early in the event of unforeseen weather or an emergency. CPAC is not liable for lost or damaged items. Please be mindful of crowds and keep vehicles off of the park. The vendor fee is $50 per 10 x 10 space. (There are a limited number of spaces with electricity available; these will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. You may contact the CPAC office to reserve.) There will be no vendor fee refunds issued after August 14, 2025.

    The completed vendor registration form and fee should be returned no later than Tuesday, August 26th, 2025. You must also prove you have the City of Monte Vista Vendor Registration completed before you will be assigned a spot at our event.
