    Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Bow Valley Boot Stomp! We are so thrilled to have your support. Volunteer shifts are 4 hours long and you're welcome to sign up for multiple shifts assuming the times line up. Volunteers receive a volunteer t-shirt to wear for the event, as well as a complimentary general admission weekend pass to enjoy the festival before/after your shift. Complimentary camping is also available for volunteers coming from outside of town. Volunteers are required to attend an orientation session on July 15th. PLEASE NOTE: Shifts will be confirmed by July 9th.
  • Description of Duties:

    Set Up: Helping set up fencing, gates, tents, bars, etc.

    Tear Down: Helping tear down tents, bars, fences, garbage's, etc.

    Gates/Admission: Checking tickets, giving wristbands/lanyards, potentially processing ticket sales

    Parking/Camping Registration: Helping manage public, VIP and vendor/volunteer parking lots, checking guests into the campground

    Merch Tent: Processing sales for performers and BVBS merch

    Clean Up Crew: Monitoring garbage's, recycling bins, general tidiness of event area

    2. Zero Tolerance for Hate: Hate speech, discriminatory actions, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated at our events. We are committed to providing a safe environment free from bigotry, intimidation, or hostility of any kind.

    3. Be Mindful of Your Words and Actions: Please be mindful of the impact your words and actions may have on others. Avoid engaging in behavior that could make others feel uncomfortable or unwelcome.

    4. Cooperate with Event Organizers: Our event organizers are here to ensure that everyone has a positive experience. Please follow their instructions and cooperate with them to maintain the integrity of the event.

    5. Report Concerns: If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this code of conduct, please report it to the event organizers immediately. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action to address the issue.

    6. Consequences of Violations: Individuals who engage in hate actions or words, harassment, or other disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the event. Repeat offenders may be barred from attending future events.
