To confirm your business's eligibility for the Oregon Community Solar Program and provide you with a subscription proposal, we collaborate with Energy Trust of Oregon and your utility provider to collect your location’s utility usage history. By signing below, I authorize my utility (selected above) to provide my utility usage and billing information to Cascadia Community Energy LLC (“Subscription Manager”) and the Oregon Community Solar Program (“ORCSP”) for the electric account I specify. This information may include my electricity account, meter and site number, utility rate schedule, electricity use, and billing information. This information will be used by the ORCSP Program Administrator and Subscription Manager to verify my eligibility to subscribe to a pre-certified community solar project in the ORCSP and to determine an expected subscription size based on my historical energy usage.
