The risk of injury exists in every athletic activity, falls, collisions, and other incidents may occur and cause injury. Due to the nature of some activities, injuries may range from minor sprains to more serious injuries affecting the head, neck or back, These injuries result from the nature of the activity and can occur without fault on either the part of the student, West Can, or its instructor or of the facility where the activity is taking place.By choosing to participate in these activities, students are assuming the risk of an injury. The chances of an injury can be reduced by carefully following the instructions at all times while engaged in the activity. We do not provide any accidental death, disability, dismemberment, or medical expenses insurance on behalf of the students participating in these activities. The student and/or parent or guardian assumes all responsibility and liability.This waiver must be signed by students of the age of majority, or by their parent or guardian.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Le risque d'accident existe avec toute activité physique, des collisions ou des chutes sont parmis les incidents qui peuvent causer des blessures mineures telles que des entorses ou majeures telles que des blessures affectant la tête, le cou ou le dos. Ces blessures peuvent arriver due à la nature des activités et ce sans faute de la part des étudiants ou des la troupe de danse West-Can, des enseignants ou de l’établissement où se déroule l’activité.En choisissant de participer à ces activités, les étudiants, avec l'autorisation des parents, assument la responsabilité du risque de blessures. Le risque de blessure peut-être réduit en suivant en tout temps les directives des enseignants et des adultes responsables des activités. Nous ne pouvons pas fournir de frais en lien avec une mort accidentelle, une invalidité physique, un démembrement ou tout autre frais médical qui peut être associé à une blessure.
