            • Terms & Policies
              1. Terms & Conditions
              Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance for standard cakes and 14 days for custom designs.
              A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the order, with the balance due upon pickup/delivery.
              Prices may vary based on ingredient costs and design complexity.
              We reserve the right to decline orders that do not align with our brand or expertise.
              2. Cancellation Policy
              Orders canceled more than 7 days before pickup/delivery will receive a partial refund (excluding deposit).
              Orders canceled within 7 days of pickup/delivery are non-refundable.
              Cancellations must be made in writing via email or text.
              3. Changes to Orders
              Minor changes (flavor, inscription, small design tweaks) must be requested at least 5 days in advance.
              Major changes (size, theme, decorations) require 7 days' notice and may incur extra charges.
              All changes are subject to approval and availability.
              4. Refund Policy
              Due to the custom nature of our cakes, all sales are final.
              If an error occurs on our part, we will work with you on a resolution (e.g., partial refund, store credit, or remake if time permits).
              We are not responsible for any damages after pickup/delivery. Proper handling instructions will be provided.
