Estimates ranges are based on light to average levels of dirtiness and standard sizes for the configuration provided.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING OPTIONS MAY BE REQUIRED TO MEET END-OF-LEASE STANDARDS.
Standard end-of-lease cleans do NOT include cleaning of walls, ceilings or window coverings. If these are required, they can be added as Additional Cleaning Options after an ON-SITE assessment during a confirmed standard end-of-lease clean. These will only be added with your approval.
Outsourced services such as carpet cleaning, gardening or rubbish removal are NOT included in this ESTIMATE (these can be arranged for you if required, when doing a quote).
