Terms and Conditions *
By applying to and participating in the Heritage Catalyst Program, organized by Khushtar Heritage Collective (KHC), applicants agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Code of Conduct
1.1. All participants must engage respectfully and professionally with mentors, experts, and fellow participants.
1.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the program.
1.3. Participants must ensure that all submissions, research, and content are original and properly cited where necessary.
2. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
2.1. Any research, content, or digital material created as part of the program will be credited to the participant but may be used by Khushtar Heritage Collective (KHC) for promotional, educational, or research purposes.
2.2. Participants may showcase their work on personal platforms but must acknowledge the Heritage Catalyst Program & KHC.
2.3. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of program materials and session recordings is prohibited.
3. Privacy & Confidentiality
3.1. Personal information provided during the application process will be kept confidential and used solely for program-related communication.
3.2. Participants are prohibited from sharing any confidential program information or data without prior approval from KHC.
4. Completion & Certification
4.1. Participants who meet the program requirements (including attendance, assignments, and active participation) will receive a Certificate of Completion.
4.2. Failure to meet the minimum requirements may result in disqualification from receiving the certificate.
4.3. KHC reserves the right to withhold certification if a participant violates program policies or fails to meet the expected commitment.
5. Program Changes & Termination
5.1. Khushtar Heritage Collective (KHC) reserves the right to make necessary modifications to the program structure, schedule, or content as needed.
5.2. In case of unforeseen circumstances, KHC may postpone or cancel the program, with prior notice given to participants.
5.3. Participants can withdraw from the program if needed but must inform the KHC team in advance.
6. Agreement
By submitting an application and participating in the Heritage Catalyst Program, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
